Online buying is now normal for many items, but a car is a high value purchase so you really need peace of mind!  Here’s how we aim to achieve that.

Delivery is free within 150 miles on most cars. If you’re further away we can give you an easy quote.

 First we arrange a personal video viewing.

You can ask to see anything you’d look at if you were here in person. From a quick look round the car to answering detailed questions we’ll happily take the time you want. So stick the kettle on and ask for a video.

 We’ll give an honest detailed video

Our cars are all in excellent condition, but we’ll still highlight any minor imperfections we know about in the video. So there's no surprises and you have an honest view of everything before you choose to take delivery.

 We then do any final preparation if not already completed

Your new car will have a fresh MOT test completed (if over 3 years old) and full mechanical inspection by a qualified technician with anything needed completed before delivery so you can be confident about the mechanical condition of your new car.

 We send our guarantee 

We send our guarantee including your 14 day money back period and UK wide guarantee covering any faults. You have this in writing before payment and delivery. If the worst happened you don’t need to bring the car back to us, we’d arrange local repair. You can also buy an extended warranty if you want one.

 Payment

You can click to reserve a car online for £99. Then for full payment you can arrange either bank transfer (a safe way to pay where you know the money is going to the right company) or use the finance calculator and apply online for finance to cover some or all of the cost. We usually request payment the day before delivery but we will be in touch to discuss in advance. 

 Arrange a delivery day to suit

We then arrange a delivery day to suit.  On delivery you can test drive the car and make sure you’re happy with everything and ask any questions. Remember you have a money back guarantee for total peace of mind.

 Collection

If you’d prefer to collect in person that’s an option too! We’re near a train station and can also provide a night in a local hotel. (Free for customers over 150 miles away. Terms apply.) For us, this option saves our team the delivery time, for you it makes for a relaxed collection.
