Do I need to bring the car to you?

No. We can visit you if needed to look at the car and process the sale if you’re local.

What if my car has outstanding finance?
No problem. We pay the finance provider directly and arrange to buy your car whether the amount owing is more or less than the car’s value. Ask for a settlement figure from your finance company and get in touch with us.

What if my car has a private plate?
We can help make sure everything is done right with the DVLA transfers so your plate remains yours.

What about the tax remaining on my car?
We notify the DVLA of the sale and they automatically refund any remaining tax.

What if my car has a fault?
We know selling rather than spending money fixing a car can be better, provided the seller is honest. We don’t regularly buy cars with faults, but it depends. If it’s otherwise a good car and the fault hasn’t caused potential long term issues we might.

What about damage on my car?

If there’s a scratch or dent here or there just let us know. We're very fair with costs. If you’re honest about condition we’ll honour any price we offer. (Remember most online car buying quotes are high to attract you to take your car in, but are often reduced when you turn up!)

Can I sell my car for more myself?

You can advertise your car for more yourself and you might sell it. But many people find selling their car privately much harder than they thought! Many genuine buyers avoid a private sale where they get no guarantee and look for a dealer they feel they can trust to spend such a large amount.
