History Checks and Guarantee

We run a full provenance check including mileage verification.

We guarantee mileage is genuine, no previous adverse history such as write offs, stolen recovered, flood damage etc.

None of our cars are imports or have outstanding finance.

Value

All our cars are price checked for value.

We have no admin fees or other charges on top!

Our aim is to offer great value. By selecting the best, looked after cars and preparing them to a high standard, our customers won't be spending on new parts in a month and should have a more reliable car going forward.

Our Mechanical Preparation:

- All cars are road tested and inspected in the workshop by qualified technicians to ensure everything is exactly as it should be.

- Every car (over 3 yrs old) comes with a new MOT (regardless of how much MOT is left when it comes in to us). So you can be confident your car is safe.

- Any tyres below 4mm tread are replaced.

- If an engine service is coming up we’ll do that too.

- We only use original quality parts to meet manufacturer recommendations.

- Bodywork is inspected for safety and to ensure no bad accident repairs.

- Any minor bodywork repairs are carried out in a professional bodyshop (not poor quality smart repairs) so our cars are all in great condition for the age and mileage. (There might be small imperfections in line with the age, but you’ll find our cars in excellent condition free from damage.)

Our Guarantee 

Even with the best preparation, a fault can still occur.

That’s why our retail cars come with a 3 month UK wide guarantee (and cheaper trade ins come with 2 months) at no charge.

This covers all faults. There’s no list of covered or excluded items. Anything going faulty or not working as it should is covered, from the engine to an electric window. This is included at no charge and is one of the best guarantees we know of on a used car.

If any fault occurs during the guarantee period, we will put it right at no charge. Simple! 

Extended Warranty Options

Cars have thousands of electrical and mechanical parts which can fail at any time no matter how well we’ve prepared them.

For customers who’d like longer peace of mind for unexpected repairs, we offer an extended warranty.

You can choose Silver or Gold Extended warranty.  These are optional for customers who like the additional peace of mind. Please ask for a quote for the car you're interested in.

Ceramic Coating Paint Protection

For those of you who like to keep your car clean and paintwork protected, we offer a professional grade ceramic coating.

We spend a day machine polishing your car to restore a beautiful shine and decontaminating the paintwork before application. 

(This professional preparation stage makes all the difference and is often missed with basic paint protection.)

We then apply Pyramid Car Care Professional Ceramic coating. This will help protect your paintwork from damage from contaminants like bird droppings. It will also help keep the car cleaner, as water (containing dirt) will run off the car quicker keeping it cleaner for longer.  When you come to wash the car it will be easier to keep clean too. The surface of ceramic is harder than the car's paint so this helps protects against very light scratches from washing for example. (It doesn’t prevent deep scratches!)

It could be cost effective if, for example, it prevents you needing to respray a bonnet because a bird dropping eats in to the lacquer.
